For more than 40 years, Reid Park Zoo has been committed to the well-being of hundreds of animals in their naturalistic habitats, as well as a fun experience for all visitors. 

My kids grew up going to the Reid Park Zoo on Mom's and Tot's trips with friends.  They often offer special group tours and make it a great time for the kids.  Sometimes they even let them pet the animals so for my kids this rated as one of the top 5 things to do in Tucson.

If you’re ready to have a fun time, don’t miss one of our personal favorites, the South American exhibit.  Jaguars, anteaters, and bears, oh my!  Theres nothing more bone chilling then hearing the roar of the lions echoing through Reid Park Zoo.

Or, take a stroll through the Flight Connection, a chirping aviary for all you bird lovers out there. 

Afterwards, walk across the parking lot to the Park to enjoy a lunch by the waterfall and walk through the beautiful rose garden.  Bring some bread, the ducks will be hungry!
