We all know that the Tucson weather can get to very toasty temperatures,
but luckily we have some very cool activities to make the heat more
enjoyable, like Breakers Water Park! Breakers Water Park is a perfect
family friendly oasis on those hot summer days.
Breakers has the
largest wave pool in Southern Arizona with 1.3 million gallons of water,
and nine thrilling water slides. Breakers even has a children’s zone
called Captain Kidd’s Surfari with shallow water, toys, and small
slides. We think going to Breakers Water Park is one of the most
entertaining things to do in Tucson!

Breakers Water Park prides itself on being a safe and fun environment for families with children of all ages. The water slides range in thrill-level in order to please both timid and adventure-seeking guests. The Breakers Bay wave pool is great way to cool off and relax, especially if you rent an inner tube to float around in. There is plenty of room to sunbathe and shaded ramadas are available for rent as well. Although Breakers does not allow outside food, they offer a wide selection of snack and drinks to fuel hours of fun!
Breakers Water Park is a wonderful summer employment opportunity for your teen, teaching them the values of health and safety. Breakers also is available as a birthday party venue for your child or a corporate party venue for your business. Breakers is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10am-6pm from late May through the first week of August. Breakers is open on the weekend from that time until the first week of September.
